Terms Used In Iowa Code 147A.3
- Director: means the director of the Iowa department of public health. See Iowa Code 147A.1
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
Membership, terms of office, and quorum shall be determined by the director pursuant to chapter 135.
