- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
Any person may keep articles specifically set apart in the person’s stock for sale in other states which do not comply with the provisions of this subtitle as to standards, purity, or labeling.
