Terms Used In Iowa Code 214.2
- Department: means the department of agriculture and land stewardship. See Iowa Code 214.1
- device: means the same as defined in section 215. See Iowa Code 214.1
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
A person who uses or displays for use any commercial weighing and measuring device, as defined in section 215.1, shall secure a license from the department.
