Terms Used In Iowa Code 239B.15
- Assistance: means a family investment program payment. See Iowa Code 239B.1
- Family: means a family unit that includes at least one child and at least one parent or other specified relative of the child. See Iowa Code 239B.1
Violations of law relating to the family investment program shall be prosecuted by county attorneys. Area prosecutors of the office of the attorney general shall provide prosecution assistance.
