A community college may enter into an agreement to establish a project. An agreement shall provide for, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Date of agreement.
Terms Used In Iowa Code 260F.3
- Community college: means a community college established under chapter 260C. See Iowa Code 260F.2
- following: when used by way of reference to a chapter or other part of a statute mean the next preceding or next following chapter or other part. See Iowa Code 4.1
- Project: means a training arrangement which is the subject of an agreement entered into between the community college and a business to provide program services. See Iowa Code 260F.2
2. Anticipated number of employees to be trained.
3. Estimated cost of training.
4. Anticipated dates of commencement and termination of training.
5. Other criteria established by the department.
