When used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Director” means the director of transportation or the director’s designee.
Terms Used In Iowa Code 307.1
- Commission: means the state transportation commission established in section 307A. See Iowa Code 307.1
- Department: means the state department of transportation. See Iowa Code 307.1
- Director: means the director of transportation or the director's designee. See Iowa Code 307.1
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1
2. “Department” means the state department of transportation.
3. “Commission” means the state transportation commission established in section 307A.1A.
