Terms Used In Iowa Code 362.7
- city: includes only the area within the city limits. See Iowa Code 362.2
- City code: means the city code of Iowa. See Iowa Code 362.2
- Measure: means an ordinance, amendment, resolution, or motion. See Iowa Code 362.2
A valid measure adopted by a city prior to July 1, 1975, remains valid unless the measure is irreconcilable with the city code.
