Terms Used In Iowa Code 479B.22
- Board: means the utilities board within the utilities division of the department of commerce. See Iowa Code 479B.2
- Person: means an individual, partnership, firm, corporation, or association. See Iowa Code 462A.2
Rehearing procedure for any person aggrieved by actions of the board under this chapter shall be as provided in section 476.12. Judicial review may be sought in accordance with the terms of chapter 17A.
