Terms Used In Iowa Code 518C.1
- Association: means the Iowa county and state mutual insurance guaranty association established pursuant to section 518C. See Iowa Code 518C.3
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1
This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the “Iowa County and State Mutual Insurance Guaranty Association Act”.
