Terms Used In Iowa Code 544B.21

  • person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
  • Professional landscape architect: means a person who has obtained a license pursuant to section 544B. See Iowa Code 544B.1
 Any person who is registered pursuant to this chapter on July 1, 2002, shall be issued a license to practice as a professional landscape architect.
