- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
A person engaged in the business or occupation of selling time-share estates for a fee or a commission shall obtain a real estate license pursuant to chapter 543B.
