Terms Used In Iowa Code 607A.40
- Court: means the district court of this state and includes, when the context requires, a judicial officer as defined in section 602. See Iowa Code 607A.3
- Panel: means those jurors drawn or assigned for service to a courtroom, judge, or trial. See Iowa Code 607A.3
The court may at any time discharge the panel of jurors, or any part of it, and order a new panel, or the number of jurors as deemed necessary, to be drawn.
