Terms Used In Iowa Code 64.15A
- state: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" may include the said district and territories. See Iowa Code 4.1
The exemptions provided in section 561.16 and chapter 627 are applicable to any claim made against a state, county, or city officer and each bond shall so provide.
