- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Material or evidence obtained directly or indirectly as a result of a search conducted in violation of 808A chapter is inadmissible in a criminal proceeding against a student.
