Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 12-1689
- city: means a city located within Crawford county. See Kansas Statutes 12-16,116
- school district: means any school district located in whole or in part within a city of the third class located in two counties; and
(b) "City" means any city of the third class located in two counties. See Kansas Statutes 12-1689
As used in this act, (a) “school district” means any school district located in whole or in part within a city of the third class located in two counties; and
