  • Agreement: means a plan or agreement of merger, interest exchange, conversion or domestication. See Kansas Statutes 17-78,102
  • Person: means an individual, corporation, estate, trust, partnership, limited liability company, business or similar trust, association, joint venture, public corporation, government, or governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality, or any other legal or commercial entity. An agreement may refer to facts ascertainable outside of the agreement if the manner in which the facts will operate upon the agreement is specified in the agreement. The facts may include the occurrence of an event or a determination or action by a person, whether or not the event, determination, or action is within the control of a party to the transaction.
