If the court authorizes prosecution as an adult of a juvenile pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 38-2347, and amendments thereto, the county or district attorney may proceed pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-6620, 21-6622, 21-6623, 21-6624 and 21-6625, and amendments thereto.
