Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 22a-107

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

Whenever in any of the statutes of this state the term “county attorney” is used, it shall be construed to include district attorneys provided for by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 22a-101, 22a-108 and 22a-109, and amendments thereto, unless the context otherwise requires.
