- Minor: means any person defined by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Whenever a minor person shall be entitled to compensation under the provisions of the workers compensation act, the administrative law judge is authorized to direct such compensation to be paid in accordance with Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 59-3050 through 59-3095, and amendments thereto.
