- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Property: includes personal and real property. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
In the event that any real property is donated to a national guard organization under the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 48-308, and amendments thereto, and the national guard organization shall fail or refuse to use the same, or shall, after accepting the same, disband its organization, the title to the real property thus donated shall revert to the person, corporation or municipality donating the same.
