Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 50-1131
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: means any individual, corporation, partnership, association, unincorporated organization or other form of entity, however organized, including a nonprofit entity. See Kansas Statutes 50-1117
Any person violating the provisions of this act or any rule and regulation promulgated thereunder upon conviction shall be guilty of a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
