When used in this act:
(a) “Minerals” mean oil and gas;
Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 55-1610
- Act: means the provisions of Kan. See Kansas Statutes 55-1626
- city: means any city located within the state of Kansas. See Kansas Statutes 55-1610
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
(b) “city” means any city located within the state of Kansas.
