Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 58-2505

  • Tenant: means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others. See Kansas Statutes 58-2543

All tenancies from year to year, other than farm tenancies from year-to-year, may be terminated by at least thirty days’ notice in writing, given to the tenant prior to the expiration of the year.
