Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 58-2521
- Tenant: means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others. See Kansas Statutes 58-2543
If a joint tenant, or tenant in common, or tenant in coparcenary, have by consent management of the estate, and make repairs and improvements with the knowledge and without objection of his or her cotenant or coparcener, such cotenant or coparcener shall contribute ratably thereto.
