Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 60-3001
- Foreign judgment: means any judgment, decree or order of a court of the United States or of any other court which is entitled to full faith and credit in this state, except that no judgment of any court in this state shall be a foreign judgment in any other court of this state; and
(b) "state" means a state of the United States. See Kansas Statutes 60-3001
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
As used in this act:
(a) “Foreign judgment” means any judgment, decree or order of a court of the United States or of any other court which is entitled to full faith and credit in this state, except that no judgment of any court in this state shall be a foreign judgment in any other court of this state; and
(b) “state” means a state of the United States.
