The junction of interstate highway 235 and central avenue in Sedgwick county is hereby designated as the Captain Chris Norgren memorial interchange. Upon compliance with Kan. Stat. Ann. § 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicate that the junction of interstate highway 235 and central avenue is the Captain Chris Norgren memorial interchange.
