Bridge no. 54-88-17.87 (006) located on United States highway 54 in Seward county is hereby designated as the Max Zimmerman memorial bridge. Upon compliance with Kan. Stat. Ann. § 68-10,114, and amendments thereto, the secretary of transportation shall place suitable signs to indicate the bridge is the Max Zimmerman memorial bridge.
