Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 68-1504
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The services required to be performed by the secretary of transportation under the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 68-1502 and 68-1503, and amendments thereto, shall be free of cost to the municipality, corporation or person requiring such services.
