Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 68-2024
- Authority: means the Kansas turnpike authority, created by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 68-2001
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
Agreements heretofore executed by and between the state highway commission and the Kansas turnpike authority relating to services described in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 68-2021 and 68-2022, are hereby approved.
