Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 72-4355

  • Legislative session: That part of a chamber's daily session in which it considers legislative business (bills, resolutions, and actions related thereto).
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

On or before the first day of the legislative session in 2015, and each year thereafter, the state board shall prepare and submit a report to the legislature on the program. Annual reports shall include information reported to the state board under subsection (f) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-4354, and amendments thereto, and a summary of such information.
