Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 74-3233
- Program: means the Kansas work-study program established by this act. See Kansas Statutes 74-3275
- State board: means the state board of regents. See Kansas Statutes 74-3275
The state board of regents shall administer the tuition grant program provided for in article 61 of chapter 72 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, including all the functions prescribed in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 72-6111.
