All rules and regulations, orders and directives of the secretary of agriculture which relate to the powers, duties and functions transferred to and imposed upon the department of agriculture and secretary of agriculture pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-581, and amendments thereto, and the rules and regulations adopted thereunder, which are in effect on the effective date of this act shall continue to be effective until revised, amended, revoked or nullified pursuant to law.
