There is hereby created in the state treasury the community corrections supervision fund. All moneys credited to the community corrections supervision fund shall be used for grants for community correctional services in accordance with Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-52,111, and amendments thereto, to implement the provisions of this act. All expenditures from the community corrections supervision fund shall be made in accordance with appropriation acts, upon warrants of the director of accounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the secretary of corrections or the secretary’s designee.
