Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 79-1450
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
If the words “justifiable value” or “fair market value” appear elsewhere in the statutes of the state, they shall be construed to mean “fair market value” as defined in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 79-503a.
