Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 80-505
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
- Township: means any township in the state of Kansas; and "board" means the township clerk, township treasurer and township trustee acting as a board. See Kansas Statutes 80-505
- Trustee: A person or institution holding and administering property in trust.
As used in this act: “Township” means any township in the state of Kansas; and “board” means the township clerk, township treasurer and township trustee acting as a board.
