Any aggrieved party may appeal any final judgment of the Circuit Court under this chapter to the Court of Appeals in accordance with the Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 13B.160

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
  • Party: means :
    (a) The named person whose legal rights, duties, privileges, or immunities are being adjudicated in the administrative hearing. See Kentucky Statutes 13B.010
