In enacting KRS § 151B.180 to KRS § 151B.210, it is the intention of the General Assembly of Kentucky to provide for and improve the vocational rehabilitation of citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky with physical and mental disabilities in order that they may increase their social and economic well-being and the productive capacity of the Commonwealth and nation.
