The Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, KRS § 311.1911 to KRS § 311.1959, modifies, limits, and supersedes the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 15
U.S.C. secs. 7001 et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede sec. 101(a) of that act,
15 U.S.C. § 7001, or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in sec. 103(b) of that act, 15 U.S.C. § 7003(b).

- Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
