(1) KRS § 387.810 to KRS § 387.854 apply to guardianship and protective proceedings begun on or after June 8, 2011.
(2) KRS § 387.810 to KRS § 387.854, except for KRS § 387.822 to KRS § 387.838, apply to proceedings begun before June 8, 2011, regardless of whether a guardianship or protective order has been issued.
