Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 14:126.4

No person shall intentionally certify a false report required under the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 32:666(B).  Any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
