Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, applications for state geothermal leases, the inspection of the lands, the quantity of land to be obtained in a single lease, the advertisement for bids, the bidding procedures and the board’s authority to accept or reject bids all shall be governed by the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 30:125 through La. Rev. Stat. 30:129 both inclusive.
