- commissioner: as used in this Chapter , means the commissioner of the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2202
- weather modification: as used in this Chapter , means the changing or controlling by chemical, mechanical, or physical methods the occurrence of lightning or the precipitation of rain, hail, mist, sleet, or snow. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2202
The commissioner shall evaluate each weather modification operation and publish the results of such evaluation in an annual report.
