Terms Used In Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:839
- Board: means the Louisiana State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:831
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
Four members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of all its business and the performance of all its duties.
