A. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to affect the Port Construction and Development Priority Program, La. Rev. Stat. 34:3451 et seq.
B. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to affect the Airport Construction and Development Priority Program, La. Rev. Stat. 2:801 et seq.
