§ 40:1101	This Part shall be known and may be cited as the “Alzheimer’s Special Care Disclosure Act”.
§ 40:1101.1	The legislature finds and declares that:

§ 40:1101.4	The department shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act to implement the provisions of this Part.

Department: means the Louisiana Department of Health. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 40:1101.2
person: includes a body of persons, whether incorporated or not. See Louisiana Revised Statutes 1:10
