Public school: means a school that is governed by a school board of a school administrative unit and funded primarily with public funds. Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant. School administrative district: means a state-approved unit of school administration, composed of one or more municipalities which must provide public education to all public school students in the district.
