See Maine Revised Statutes Title 28-A Sec. 2 Agreement: means a commercial relationship, not required to be evidenced in writing, of definite or indefinite duration, between a certificate of approval holder and a wholesale licensee, under which the wholesale licensee is authorized to distribute one or more of the certificate of approval holder's brands of malt liquor, wine or beverages. The formal federal spending process consists of two sequential steps: authorization Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority. Bail: Security given for the release of a criminal defendant or witness from legal custody (usually in the form of money) to secure his/her appearance on the day and time appointed. Bankruptcy: Refers to statutes and judicial proceedings involving persons or businesses that cannot pay their debts and seek the assistance of the court in getting a fresh start. It is often used in conjunction with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Full meal: means a meal consisting of a diversified selection of food that ordinarily cannot be consumed without the use of tableware and that cannot be conveniently consumed while standing or walking. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 28-A Sec. 2 Government entity: means a state or local government agency, including but not limited to a law enforcement entity or any other investigative entity, agency, department, division, bureau, board or commission or an individual acting or purporting to act for or on behalf of a state or local government agency.
