Terms Used In Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 7387
- Intern: means a person who holds a polygraph examiner intern license under this chapter. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 7352
- Polygraph examiner: means a person licensed under this chapter to use an instrument. See Maine Revised Statutes Title 32 Sec. 7352
A polygraph examiner or intern shall prominently display the polygraph examiner’s or intern’s license or a copy of the license at the polygraph examiner’s or intern’s place of business or place of internship, as appropriate. [PL 2013, c. 316, §3 (NEW); PL 2013, c. 316, §5 (AFF).]
