    (1) a state, possession, territory, or commonwealth of the United States; or

    (2) the District of Columbia. See
A bonded or distillery warehouse, as defined by the federal Tariff Act, located in the State is subject to all provisions of this subtitle not inconsistent with the Tariff Act.
