Section 62. After such deposition has been taken, it shall be returned to the court by whose order the commission issued, which, if the deposition is found to have been taken according to law and the directions contained in the commission, shall order it to be recorded within thirty days after the date of the order in the registry of deeds, in the manner provided in section fifty.
